The offices of the Fauquier County Water and Sanitation Authority (the “Authority”) are located at 7172 Kennedy Drive, on Vint Hill Farms in New Baltimore.  Our regular office hours are 8:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. on Monday through Friday.  Our telephone number is (540) 349-2092 and the Authority’s facsimile number is (540) 347-7689.

During nights, weekends and holidays, before our offices are opened and after they are closed, the Authority’s phones are automatically forwarded to our answering service.  Non-emergency messages are forwarded to our office staff at the beginning of the following business day.  Emergency messages are forwarded to our On Call Staff upon receipt.

We have developed two forms that provide the basic information required for our provision of services to properties we currently serve.  Using the following links will take you to the individual forms.

New Service Request

This form is used when a customer is requesting a new residential or commercial water or sewer service account for a property that is already connected to the Authority’s facilities.

Disconnect Service Request

This form is used when a customer is requesting the discontinuance of an existing residential or commercial water or sewer service account for a property that is already connected to the Authority’s facilities.
