Marshall Water Availabilities

FCWSA is not currently selling water availabilities in the Marshall Service District, but FCWSA is in the process of acquiring new water supplies for this District, and designs to integrate the new supplies are already underway. FCWSA anticipates resuming sales of water availabilities in the Marshall Service District once integration of the new water supplies is within FCWSA control – specifically that FCWSA owns the future wells, construction plans and specifications are approved, and necessary permits are in place to allow construction of the new supplies. FCWSA anticipates that this will be completed in spring 2024. When FCWSA resumes selling water availabilities within the Marshall Service District, all availability sales will be on a first-come first-serve basis and in accordance with FCWSA policies, and potential purchasers are advised to thoroughly familiarize themselves with policies and procedures available on the FCWSA website, especially:

Volume 2 Part A (Rules and Regulations) and Volume 3 Part C (Developer Service Procedures), both of which are available on the Developer Service Procedures page at https://fcwsa.org/developer-services-procedures.

Volume 3 Part B (Schedule of Rates, Fees and Other Charges) at https://clients.municipalimpact.com/documents/91/2022-07-01_-_Vol_2_Part_B_-_Schedule_of_Rates_Fees_and_Other_Charges.pdf

This page will be updated once FCWSA resumes selling water availabilities in the Marshall Service District.
